When designing documents, it's important to remember the direction in which text prints for certain languages. Eastern and Western European, Russian, and Greek languages are printed left to right.

Chinese, Japanese, and Korean (CJK) languages are usually printed vertically left to right. However, text in newer or technical publications may be printed horizontally from left to right.
