DTDs for bilingual documents
By bilingual documents, we mean documents whose complete contents exist in two different languages in the same document instance. There are two approaches to developing a DTD for bilingual documents:
Declare a single language element in the DTD with an attribute to specify language
Declare two separate elements in the DTD, one for each of the two languages
We use English and French as the languages in our examples.
