Print Preview Toolbar
The Print Preview toolbar allows you to navigate the Print Preview window (File > Print Preview).
The following table describes the Print Preview toolbar buttons:

Description
This is an image of a printer, with a page printing.
Opens the Print dialog box to print a published view of your document.
This is an image of two black-filled arrow heads pointing to the left.
Returns to the first page in the document.
This is an image of a black-filled arrow head pointing to the left.
Returns to the previous page in the document.
This is an image of a black-filled arrow head pointing to the right.
Moves to the next page in the document.
This is an image of a two black-filled arrow heads pointing to the right.
Moves to the last page in the document.
This is an image of a pair of binoculars.
Opens the Find Text dialog box so you can search for a text string.
This is an image of a blank page.
Displays one page of the document at time in the Print Preview window.
This is an image of two blank pages, side by side.
Displays two pages of the document at time in the Print Preview window.
This is an image of the number 120% in a text box with a down arrow to the right of the text box.
Allows you to increase or decrease the view of your document. You can type a percentage into the text box, or click on the arrow and select a percentage.
This is an image of a magnifying glass.
Enlarges the page display by 20% when you click on the document with this cursor selected. Also centers the screen based on where you click.
This is an image of a hash mark.
Determines the position of any point in the Print Preview window by displaying references to both the left and top rulers.
This is an image of the word “Points” in a text box with a down arrow to the right of the text box.
Sets the units of measurement for the rulers.
