Changing the Status of Marked Sections
You create the second version of a conditional document, by changing the status of the marked sections.
1. If your document has tables, choose > > from the menu bar. Tables are displayed as sets of tags.

Tables must be displayed as tags before changing marked sections. To search the entire document for the marked sections, Arbortext Editor must access tables as tags.

2. From the menu bar, choose > . The Marked Section Parameters dialog box appears.
3. Select the marked section parameter you want to modify.
4. Click Modify to open the Modify marked section dialog box.
5. Make changes to the Name, Status, or Reference information.
6. Click OK to close the Modify marked section dialog box.
7. Click Apply in the Marked Section Parameters dialog box.
8. Close the dialog box by clicking on Close.
