Create File Entity from Selection Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to create new file entities using text you have selected in your document.
The Create File Entity from Selection dialog box contains the following fields and options:
• Name — provide a name for the new entity. This name will appear in the File Entities dialog box, the Insert Markup dialog box, and the file entity markup icon.
• File name — provide the path and file name if the file entity is located on your system.
• Public ID — provide a public identifier name for your file entity. Use a public ID to identify a file entity located in an area common to a variety of systems, and Arbortext Editor will attempt to match this path by searching all catalog files in the current catalog path list.
• Subdocument — (SGML documents only) check this box to make this file entity a subdocument.
