To Focus your Search
You can use various techniques to make your search more specific. You may want to change words only when found in certain combinations or words used only in specific elements such as titles. You may also want to find lowercase versions of words and replace them with uppercase versions or vice versa. For more information on the Find/Replace dialog box features, click the Help button on the Find/Replace dialog box.
The Find/Replace dialog box has case sensitivity features that allow you to search for words exactly as you enter them. For example, you can change all instances of “SGML” to “Standard Generalized Markup Language”, while leaving alone references to “sgml directory” that are also in your document. Another example is that you may realize that your document contains a name like “DeBarr”, and you want to change it to “Debarr”. Click on Match Case to search for words exactly as you type them.
