Up arrow	If the page size is greater than the visible area in the window, move the view down. If the whole page is visible in the window this key will have no effect.	None
Down arrow	If the page size is greater than the visible area in the window, move the view up. If the whole page is visible in the window this key will have no effect.	None
Left arrow	If the page size is greater than the visible area in the window, move the view to the right. If the whole page is visible in the window this key will simulate the PAGE UP action	None
Right arrow	If the page size is greater than the visible area in the window, move the view to the left. If the whole page is visible in the window this key will simulate the PAGE DOWN action	None
