Paste - Duplicate IDs Dialog Box
The Paste - Duplicate IDs dialog box displays when a paste action creates duplicate IDs in a document, and the set pasteduplicateids preference is set to prompt. The dialog box allows you to select the action that should be taken to handle the duplicate IDs.
It provides the following options:
• Ignore — leave the duplicate IDs in the pasted content.
• Remove — strip the duplicate IDs from the pasted content.
• Replace — replace duplicate IDs with generated unique IDs.
• Remember this action — carry out the selected action every time duplicate IDs are created with a paste action.
