Arbortext Editor Changes
Help Center Installation
Arbortext Help Center is available as a separate installer and is no longer integrated with the product installer. You can install the help center in standalone mode or configure the application to open the online help center on PTC Support, based on your requirement.
For information on the Arbortext Help Center installation steps, see Installation of Arbortext Help Center.
Graphics Applications Updated
The Creo View and pview_batch installation has been updated to 6.0.
Support for Arbortext Running in an ActiveX Control Deprecated
The ability to run Arbortext Editor in an ActiveX control is deprecated from this release. This means that embedding Arbortext Editor in another window or dialog box, such as a web browser is no longer supported.
This does not impact adding ActiveX controls in Arbortext Editor using XUI and does not impact the ability to use the arbortext-editor: protocol to invoke the desktop version of Arbortext Editor.
Change in Table Formatting
If you have an XML document that uses the PubTbl processing instruction to set a row height, the output has changed in this release. For example, <?PubTbl row rht="9.00mm"?> will result in a row height of 9mm where in earlier releases it was less precise. This might require changes to a stylesheet if the PubTbl processing instruction had been used previously for placement of a table on a page. This processing instruction is inserted when you set the Row Height property in the Table Properties dialog box.
