Arbortext Editor includes the set writeentdecls command, which controls how entity declarations are written in the subsets of the main document and in file entities. By default, entity declarations are written in the root document's subset, and only declarations referenced immediately within a child will be written to that child's subset.

If you wish to change the default setting, we recommend you set the option to be used site wide, and that you convert all documents and document objects to the new default by opening and saving them in Arbortext Editor.
