Requirements for Hosting ActiveX Controls
When running on Windows XP, Vista, or 7, Arbortext Editor can host ActiveX controls through an underlying Active Script engine. To establish Arbortext Editor as an Active Script host, you must have the system files jscript.dll, vbscript.dll and scrrun.dll. These files are typically found in your system folder, and are likely already installed on your system if you have installed Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher.
Additionally, to ensure you have the latest updates and capabilities, it is recommended that you download and install the most recent version of the Microsoft Windows Script Host. (The current version is 5.8.)
