The _dtd namespace holds JavaScript function tags (.Jf) for each of the elements and processing instructions that can be inserted as touchup commands in Arbortext Editor, for example cellfont and newline.

Arbortext Research and Development (R&D) manages these tags. They should not be changed in the template.
