Using Marked Sections
To mark sections to create a specific version:
1. Highlight the text that you want to be specific to one version.
2. From the menu bar, choose > .
3. In the Insert Markup dialog box, choose Marked sections from the Mode drop down list.
4. Click Insert. The marked section tags are inserted around the highlighted text. If it is an ignored section, the text changes to ASCII format.
5. Repeat the process for another version of your document.
6. Click Close to close the dialog box.
