1. Remove all occurrences of the text entity from your document. Select the entire entity, including the tags, and press DELETE. Do not use Cut to remove the entity; Arbortext Editor keeps a copy of the entity in the paste buffer and will not allow you to delete it from the Text Entities dialog box.

2. From the menu bar, choose Entities > Text.

3. Choose the entity you wish to delete.

4. Click Delete. The entity is removed from the selection list.

5. Click Close to close the dialog box.
