You can drop a graphic file into an open document to insert it as a graphic file reference if graphics are allowed at the drop point. You can also insert a graphic file as an entity by holding down SHIFT and CTRL as you drop. An entity is defined (if the graphic was not previously identified as an entity), and an entity reference is inserted.
