Support for Java and Tomcat has been updated to these versions:

Arbortext Publishing Engine requires and installs the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 redistributable. Operating systems must be updated to support the distributable before attempting to install Arbortext Publishing Engine.

Arbortext Publishing Engine is no longer supported on the Windows Server 2012 platform.
