Add Comment

Opens or closes the comment display for the document currently displayed in the View frame. When a document already has a comment, the toolbar button is  .The comment display opens automatically when you are viewing a document that has a comment associated with it. If the document has an comment, you can edit and save the comment. If the document does not have a comment, you can add a comment. Select Save to add the comment to your list of bookmarks and comments. Select Clear to delete all of the text in the comment. Note that this button is not available in the web version of the Help Center. |
