<?tpfmt>
Description
Sets the paragraph structure for formatting by applying the attributes directly to text. This saves the need to create a paragraph style tag. In most cases, the attribute affects the line after which it is inserted: if it appears at the start of the paragraph, however, the whole paragraph will be affected. This is equivalent to the first number in the paragraph lump attribute.
