Description
By default when using frame fillers, any vertical space where text could be vertically justified can be used as area to be filled. This includes space at the bottom of cells that are not the deepest within their row. Using <?tbigfill=1> restricts the fillers to stop this space at the bottom of cells from being filled.
This command can also be specified using <?tbignorefillers>.
