Description
This macro moves the cursor upwards in a text stream, sometimes using two different modes of operation depending on whether or not you are in Text Mode. The cursor is normally moved upward by varying amounts.

Text Mode: If the text cursor is placed in a stream the cursor moves up one line in either the edit bar (if more than five lines are displayed in the edit bar) or the document window.
Other: Move cursor up by 3mm.
