The
Profile Settings configuration page
enables you to indicate the types of documents you want to view in the Help Center.
All of the documentation included in the Help Center is profiled based on the intended audience and the type of document. You can select one or more check boxes in the
User Role and
Document Type sections to indicate the type of documentation you want to view in the Help Center. When you set a profile, only the types of documents you select will be available in the Help Center
table of contents,
index, and
search results.
Since the Help Center includes documentation for multiple users, this is a useful option to limit the information that appears in your Table of Contents and in your searches.
