In the 12.0.0.0 release of PTC Arbortext Layout Developer, the Document Preferences dialog has been updated and replaced by a new Document Configuration dialog which combines many different preferences in one. The tabs are replaced by a Category list to give access to the same preferences as before:

You will notice that a number of other preferences have been included as Categories, such as screen and print draw levels.
