The Enterprise.3ns Namespace

A new Enterprise.3ns file has been provided to help the migration from using PTC Arbortext Layout Developer— Enterprise to using PTC Arbortext Layout Developer (PTC ALD) under PTC Arbortext Publishing Engine (PE). The file is located within the /app/enterprise folder of the PE installation. Use this namespace file to replace the equivalent used in your PTC Arbortext Layout Developer— Enterprise template, if applicable.

Enterprise:Description	Provides a description of the Enterprise namespace
Enterprise:End	Sets the code to be returned when PTC ALD has finished processing the scripts in the activation file
Enterprise:Message	Generates a log message The tag is passed two arguments — a level and the message to be logged The level of the log message can be: • Info • FATAL • Error • Warning • Debug If the level is not provided, PTC ALD will assume an Info level message. If one of the above is not used, a custom log entry will be generated and the level text used as the prefix in the log.
Enterprise:MaxJobDuration Enterprise:MaxFormattedSamePage Enterprise:MaxPrintedSamePage Enterprise:PingTimeOut Enterprise:Ping	Each generates a Warning type log message that a deprecated function call has been made. The functionality associated with these tags in the PTC Arbortext Layout Developer— Enterprise namespace is not supported with PE.
