Description
Specifies a vertical justification priority for a paragraph: for the maximum that can be added between the lines of a paragraph when a column is vertically justified. Use in conjunction with the <?tvjmline> command, which sets the measure of the space required.

The priority: a number between 0 and 9 with the extremes as detailed below:
