Specifies the line in a paragraph at which vertical formatting of text switches from being justified in to the more economical justified out. This PI works in conjunction with tpvf which, when set to a value of 5 (auto), permits this switch to take place. The vertical formatting operates within the minimum and maximum heights of the paragraph set by <?tpminh> and <?tpmaxh> respectively.
