Specifies a percentage by which special kerning, i.e. that defined in group number 4 of a font's built in kerning table, is gauged to make it looser or tighter.

Group 4 kerns are used in PTC ALD SmartFonts to deactivate kerning for non-lining figures and all combinations with figures and other characters, allowing figures to align vertically in tables:
