Description
This command allows the addition of a left gutter to a table, by specifying either a single or multiple definitions. Multiple definitions may be of one or other of the types listed below, or a combination.
Syntax
<?tbgutl value:um ('+' value:um )*>

Use the + character to prefix subsequent definitions after the first.
value
Width of left gutter plus unit of measurement - can be specified in two ways:
• Fixed width (e.g. <?tbgutl=20mm>)
• Relative width (e.g. <?tbgutl=1*>
