Description
This command specifies if and how cell rules should span right into the frame gutter. It works in a similar way to <?tbcrrgut> but is used when the gutter in question is one of the frame column gutters rather than the normal table column gutters.
This command can also be specified as <?tbcellrulerfcgut>.
