Description
Use this command to specify the vertical alignment of text in individual cells in a table.
This command may also be specified as <?tbcellfmtv>.

Additional Information
Settings made using the <?tbcfmtv> command override any <?breakt> options set within a paragraph. They do not override any Current Paragraph options selected from the > dialog box.
