<?blockvjforce>
Description
Activates forced vertical justification mode for a block’s parent frame column. When active, the parent frame column will be vertically justified if the block is the last item in the frame column. This is classed as forced justification since it will still apply whether or not the frame itself has been instructed to justify and whether or not an overflow occurs.
With the use of blocks, vertical justification becomes a nested operation. By using the text property <?tpfvj=1> text within each cell can be justified to the row depth, but the block itself is spread out within the outer frame column.
When using nested blocks this is compounded and VJ must be enabled for each level.
