This command will apply padding to all four sides of a block.

Block padding is the border between the block rules and the block contents, and is essentially an extra block rule of no color and of the given width.

Use the commands <?blockpadt>, <?blockpadb>, <?blockpadl>, and <?blockpadr> to apply padding to specified sides of the block.
