Log a case with PTC Technical Support through the PTC website, or by phone, or email if you encounter problems using this product or the product documentation. The PTC eSupport portal provides the resources and tools to support your Arbortext Content Delivery implementation. A Service Contract Number (SCN) is required to log a case.
