Troubleshooting Paused or Aborted Tasks Due to Repository Occupancy Status
A new step has been introduced to better assess the health state of the data segmentation. This new step provides a realtime indication of the repository availability for the Data Package (Segment) being loaded and it pauses or aborts the Load and Publish to Sites task if it goes beyond 80% limit.
If the content loaded in one of the segments is about to breach or has breached the limit of maximum allowed content for a segment, then the task will either pause or will get aborted in following scenarios:
Repository Occupancy Status
Impact
Action Required
Repository is 80 – 95% occupied.
Task is paused to allow segment evaluation.
The planning to split the segment should be started and discussed with PTC Tech Support.
Repository is more than 95% occupied.
Task is Aborted. No content can be loaded.
