For Web system:To make the general content objects searchable in global search , update the value of include.nonproduct.data.in.global.search property in the system.conf.xml file at this <ACD_HOME>\InS_SW\Config\System\Config\ location. The value of the property is set to false by default. If the property value is set to true, then global search, searches All Products and General content. After updating the value of the property, restart PTC Arbortext Content Delivery to ensure that the changes take effect and are reflected accordingly.
