Loading CSV Data
The purpose of CSV data loading is to provide support for loading content that is managed in non-SIM systems. The input for loading is a predefined folder structure holding the content and a set of comma separated value (CSV) files that contains the content information and hierarchy. This input information can be contained in a .zip file.

CSV Data Load Process
Use the following process to configure and load CSV data:
1. Identify the source content.
2. Map your data sources to the CSV XML Schema files.
3. Create Collections and Segments and assign the context.
4. Transform and Load the CSV data.
5. View the data in PTC Arbortext Content Delivery.
