PTC allows the use of Microsoft Windows Azure, Amazon Web Services, and other cloud-based “Infrastructure as a Service” choices as PTC Arbortext Content Delivery deployment options, similarly to any other virtualized platform that is available to our customers. Customers must adhere to the PTC compatibility matrices for operating systems, databases, and recommended configurations. Additionally, the virtual system must comply with our standard sizing guidelines. In resolving any performance or functional issues of any virtualized infrastructure (public or private cloud IaaS), PTC reserves the right to require that the customer involve the provider of that infrastructure for additional support.

PTC technical support does not provide implementation guidance, best practices, or direct support for the various cloud service provider offerings outside of a PTC solution deployment.
