Attributes
The Attributes utility allows administrators to add custom attributes to PTC-provided PTC Arbortext Content Deliverytypes.
Launch the Attributes utility by clicking Attributes on the administration home page.
Select a type in the Types pane to view the attributes defined on that type in the Attributes pane. The information displayed for each attribute includes the attribute display name, internal name, the data type of the attribute, and the attribute description, if any.
*
For carts to synchronize correctly between the PTC Arbortext Content Delivery web system and a disconnected system, the attributes on the Cart type must be the same on both systems. If any attributes on the Cart type are defined on only one of the systems, cart synchronization between the disconnected system and the PTC Arbortext Content Deliveryweb system fails.
For example, attributes added to the Cart type on thePTC Arbortext Content Delivery web system but not present on the disconnected system, result in cart synchronization failure.
