You can configure the automatic purge of deployments using the Configuration page under Administration ▶ Data History. After selecting Configuration, the Historical Data Configuration page appears. Use the drop down menu to select when deployments will be purged:

You can configure the number of concurrent downloads to allow using the Performance Configuration page. Enter the number to allow and click Save.
