To access PTC Support, you will need a Service Contract Number (SCN) sent by email to active maintenance customers in April 23 and on April 30. If you experience any difficulties using your SCN or have any trouble accessing Technical Support services, please contact PTC Customer Care at one of the numbers listed below.

Arbortext IsoDraw 7.0 Upgrade
If you are an active Maintenance Support customer, the Arbortext IsoDraw 7.0 upgrade will be shipped to you automatically. In order to install your new software, please read the Arbortext IsoDraw 7.0 Upgrade Process document.
If you are not an active Maintenance Support customer, please contact Global Maintenance Support to sign up for maintenance and get your upgrade.
