Benefits and Description
Symmetry Recognition identifies identical or similar geometry to the geometry that is selected. You can select the surfaces of the original geometry and a symmetry plane, and the corresponding mirror geometry is identified. Or, you can select the original geometry and symmetric geometry, and the mirror plane is calculated. After symmetry is recognized, you can propagate additional Flexible modeling operations to the symmetric instances.
