Benefits and Description
Use Leave Open to prevent gaps that are left in the model by removed surfaces, from closing. This results in a surface model. Use Keep Removed Surfaces to detach surfaces from the model but not remove them from the geometry. The remaining model geometry closes unless you also use Keep Removed Surfaces with Leave Open.
