Engine Crank

Behavioral Modeler is solving a couple of engineering problems here. The engine designer has a requirement to keep the crank in balance and an objective of reducing the crank mass to enable quicker engine startup. These specifications are simply created as features in the Pro/ENGINEER 2000i feature-tree and in the top graph we see the system meeting the balance requirement and in the bottom graph we see the crank mass meeting it's optimal minimum objective. Before Behavioral Modeler all these were manual trial and error activities. Pro/ENGINEER 2000i changes what we expect from a design system.
