Portals Help Page - Manually starting the Secure Application Manager (SAM)
If for some reason the SAM window has been closed and you need to restart it, there is a way of doing it manually. Follow the instructions below.
After completing step 1 you will be taken to the secure portal start page. In the left column is a link titled 'Client Applications'. Click this link.
On the next page is a button titled 'Start Session'. Click this button (shown in figure C).
Once the session is started you can then click the 'Bookmarks' link and proceed with the portal as you normally would.
