Organization Information Page
The organization information page is a collection point for information related to the organization context. The information page of an organization is accessed by clicking Organizations > Details in the Navigator.

Only organization administrators and site administrators can view the organization information page.
From the information page, you can perform actions on the organization, as well as view the organization attributes and any related information.

Actions
Information pages contain a list of applicable actions in a menu in the upper left corner of the page.
The following actions may be of particular interest for this object.
Action
Description
Edit
Opens the Edit Organization window.
Subscribe
Toggles the Subscriber field to Yes. A subscribing organization has the ability to host projects, products, and libraries. This action appears only for site administrators; it does not appear if the organization is already a subscriber.
Unsubscribe
Toggles the Subscriber field to No. This action appears only for site administrators; it appears only if the organization is a subscriber.
Tabs
Out-of-the-box, only the Details tab appears, displaying the organization attributes. See Attributes for a list of common attributes available in Windchill. The following attributes may be of particular interest for this object.

Description
Postal Address
Displays the mailing address used for the organization.
Web Site
Displays the URL for the organization's Web site
Conferencing ID
Displays the identifier that organization members use to gain access to the service identified in the Conferencing URL field. This is a priority piece of information provided by the conferencing service (such as the WebEx partner ID). Typically it is a number, for example 5551212.
Restricted Directory Search
Displays whether directory searches for organizations and users are limited to results within the organization in which you are searching.
Regardless of whether Restricted Directory Search is selected, a site administrator can search for all users and organizations from any organization context.
Template
Appears only for the site administrator and displays the name of the template used to create the organization
Organization Creation Enabled
Displays whether sourcing administrators are allowed to create organizations. The value for this field is determined by the Allow sourcing administrators to create organizations field on the Edit Organization window. (if Windchill Supplier Management is installed at your site)
Owner
Displays the owner of the organization. This field can be changed by editing the organization.
Conferencing URL
Specifies the URL for the service that the organization members can use to create meetings. This is a priority piece of information provided by the conferencing service (for example, http://ptc.webex.com).
All Organization Members Can Create Projects
Displays whether or not the organization allows new members to create projects. The value for this field is determined by the Allow all organization members to create projects check box on the New Organization or Edit Organization windows.
Subscriber
Displays whether or not the organization is a subscribing organization. A subscribing organization has the ability to host projects, products, and libraries.
You can customize the tabs that appear on each object information page to display the information most useful to you. For more information, see Customizing Your Information Page Tabs.
