Using Default Value Algorithms
You can use the algorithms listed earlier in this topic in the AttrValue tag for the attributes described in Windchill Object Attributes for AttrValue or in VarDef tags as described in VarDef Tag Syntax. Using the algorithms to obtain default values for other attributes or implementing a new algorithm that can return a default value may require customization. See Configuring Rules.
