Process Plan
The Process Plan tab is used to associate a part with a process plan. It can be used to create a new process plan for association with a part.
The Process Plan Tree attributes that appear in the table are described below:
Attribute
Description
Name
The name of the process plan.
Number
The number of the process plan.
Version
The version of the process plan.
Status
Indicates whether the process plan is checked in or checked out.
Latest
Indicates whether the selected object is the latest iteration, based on the applied configuration specification.
Organization Name
The specific organization with which the part is associated.
Process Plan Selection
Lists any process plans that have been selected using the Select Process Plan icon, for analysis of part allocation to operations.
Available Actions
The following table explains the actions available from the toolbars on this tab:

Description
Insert New
Opens the Insert New window where you can create a new process plan in the system and add it to the selected part.
Add
Opens the Search window where you can search for an existing process plan to associate to the selected process plan.
Remove
Removes the selected associated process plan.
Open in Creo View
Opens the object in a Creo View window.
Information
Opens the Windchill PDMLink information page, which displays the actions and attributes for process plan.
Toggle Process Plan Selection
If the Process Plan Allocation Indicator preference has been turned on using the Preferences window, analyzes the selected process plan for operation allocations that meet the defined configuration specification.
Duplicate
Opens the Duplicate window which can be used to create another process plan, using the attributes defined in the selected process plan.
Cut
Places the selected part on the clipboard so you can add it as an associated part for a different object.
The part will not be removed from the table until it is pasted in a new location.

If the selected part cannot be removed, the system will perform a copy.
Copy
Places the selected object on the clipboard so the object can be an associated object for another process plan element.
Paste
Places an object from the clipboard in the selected location.
Column Details
Opens the Column Details window, which can be used to configure the columns displayed in the table.
