Specifying a Policy File for Exporting

Enterprise Administration > Windchill Export and Import > Working with the Import/Export Management Utility > Exporting > Specifying a Policy File for Exporting

To identify a policy file to be used by the export process:

1. In the Export window, select Export Policy File and then click Browse. A browser pop-up window opens from which you can specify the location to save the file.

2. Navigate to the folder where the file is stored.

3. Select the file and then click Open.

The file that you selected appears in the Export Policy File field.
