Change Locks
Change locks are intended to prevent modifications to annotations.

Change locks are only applicable to structural and visual annotations.
The following table shows how change locks are used out-of-the-box for supported change objects.

Problem report
Locked after the problem report has been confirmed or rejected.
Unlocked when the problem report is revised.
Variance (deviations and waivers)
Locked after the variance has been approved or rejected.
Unlocked when the variance is revised.
Change request
Locked after the change request has been resolved.
Unlocked when the change request is revised.
Change notice
Locked after the change notice has been completed or rejected.

Associated change tasks are also locked on completion or rejection.
Unlocked when the change notice is revised.
