Viewing Rule Conflicts
The Rule Conflicts table allows you to see the business rules that have been violated. The lists in the table contain only those objects to which you have access.
There are two views by which you can view rule conflicts: Group by Object and Group by Rule.
The action available on the Rule Conflicts table in either view is the Export List to File action. The action allows you to export the information in the Rule Conflicts table to a file that can be accessed offline in programs such as Microsoft Excel. You can export this list in CSV, HTML, PDF, TEXT, XLS, XLSX, XLS Report, or XML format. Once you have selected a format, a window opens, showing the progress of the file. When the export is complete, the file either automatically opens in your browser, or a window appears allowing you to choose whether to open or save the file. This depends on your browser settings.
Group by Object View
The Group by Object view lists the objects that violate a rule and includes the following columns: type icon, number, checkout status, name, version, organization ID, and conflicts. Clicking the object number link or the information icon opens the information page of the object.
Group by Rule View

Clicking the object identity link or the information icon opens the information page of the object. The number in parentheses after the rule name indicates the total number of objects that fail for the rule. The list contains only those objects to which you have access.
