Creating a Windchill CAPA Plan Approval Package
To create a plan approval package, do the following:
1. Click the Create Plan Approval Package task.
2. Review the CAPA request by clicking View CAPA Structure.
3. Click the Set Up Participants tab.
4. In the Set Up Participants table, select the approvers.
5. Click the Details tab.
6. Optionally, in the Comments field, enter your comments.
7. Click Complete Task.
To approve a plan, do the following:
1. Click the CAPA Plan Approval task.
2. Review the action plan by clicking View CAPA Structure.
3. Under Routing Options, select Approve.

If you select Do not Approve, the task remains in the Plan state. The plan and approval package must be approved before the task can move to the next state.
4. In the Password field, type your password.
5. Optionally, in the Comments field, enter your comments.
6. Click Complete Task.
